To get free soldiers, begin a game with a Soviet team and play on a map with a hospital in it (I would recommend the map May Day). After this, construct a reasonable base (Must have cloning Vat, Barracks and a battle lab would be recommended) and build an engineer from the barracks. With the engineer, take over the hospital and build a conscript and the soldier you would like to get for free. With the conscript selected, hold control (Ctrl) and friendly-fire/shoot the soldier you want for free, but DON'T kill him (Maybe shoot him for just a quick second). Now, heal the injured soldier (The one you want for free) at the hospital. Now look over at your Cloning Vat, and to your amazement, there's a clone of that soldier you healed!

When you take over the Nuke, you will be able to fire a Psychic Dominator and a Nuclear Missile. You can do the same thing for the Iron Curtain.

The Nuke Silo will partially sell giving you credits and a group of 5 random infantry (but the Nuke Silo will not disappear!), and the Nuclear Bomb will also explode where you targeted it. The good part is that the Nuke Silo will cancel selling itself, so you can keep on doing this trick without having to build more Nuke Silos. This will work much easier under slower game speeds. The man will continue to walk on the water. You can then tell him to enter the Transport again, and move it away just before he enters. When the Nuclear Bomb is ready, sell your Nuke Silo, and immediately target the Nuclear Bomb somewhere.
You need to be in a skirmish. Play in a Team Alliance, and have one of your allies be a Soviet Nation. You have to be Yuri. Get an Engineer and wait for your Soviet ally to build a Nuclear Misslie. Force your Engineer to take over their Nuke (CTRL + Click on building).
Yuri units exert an area of mind control; enemy units within range fall under their spell. The Soviets protecting their home turf. Allies have spies, which can cause all manor of havoc such as stealing money from refineries and resetting the black fog of war over the world. Chrono Legionnaires teleport around the battlefield, saving precious wear and tear on their legs.
