Have you already tried using the FN combo key to toggle the webcam on and off again? I have found Windows 10 sometimes does some goofy things with WiFi cards and toggling them on and off a time or two sometimes makes them start working correctly. Maybe that will work for your webcam. It may be that the USB driver you are using is causing a problem.

Hi, Moved yesterday to win 10 and after the switch i had no nvidia drivers and webcam is not working. I have almost the same problem, the driver doesn't fail to install, Windows fails to find a driver. The help section in this web page doesn't fix it either: note my machine is an xps 15 l521x.
