There would be no rotary 'voltage selector,' the three ventilation vents were larger, and a standby switch was added. Under encouragement from Vox, Celestion reissued the Vox Alnico Blue speaker for the new AC30TBX. The AC30TB used the Celestion Greenback.

Dating the pot will get you in the ball park but those pots could have been sitting around for a long time before they made their way into a pedal. Mine looks very similar in construction lots of the same color wire in the same places. Mine and that one both used older style components they wouldn't have used them while there were much cheaper stuff available at the time if it was a late 80s reissue. I attached pics of mine.

Probably a serial number in the high 1800s or in the 1900s. Red Lemco capacitors in the preamp - indicative of later amps. Replaced mains transformer (though it's hard to see from the pictures how this amp actually works). The speaker cabinet has been recovered, and the drivers, which are English Celestion alnicos, have Thomas Organ part number stickers, suggesting that the unit may have been intended for an American Super Beatle amp. Note too that the trolley has hooded castors.

By early to mid 1965, Burndept Electronics, which shared a building with Vox off West Street in Erith,Kent, took over the bulk of production, and serial numbers consequently become more reliable as a means of dating - Burndept was a much more orderly place than Triumph. It should be said, however, that the Burndept chassis numbers stamped on the aluminium upright underneath the input jacks do not run in sequence with the serial numbers. Early solid state rectified AC50 - only two main valves. There is no serial number plate on this amp, but the potentiometers are dated January 1965.
